What’s in a Sur Comprehensive Health Report?

  • Your Sur Physician summarizes your health goals, assessments, and plans in easy-to-read language.

  • A physician-written summary of your lab work, with personalized insights on optimal and sub-optimal values and strategies to address them.

  • Your DEXA scan, resting metabolic rate, and VO2 max results inform us about body fat, bone mineral density, exercise capacity and so much more. Your Sur Physician and Coach will use this to make personalized medication, supplement, fitness, and nutrition goals for you.

  • Recommendations on supplements tailored to you, based on your results and your goals. Always under the supervision of a Sur Physician.

  • Personalized nutrition and fitness plans, which you will go over with your Sur Coach over the course of 12 sessions.
